How Diego built it
Diego posted beta videos for hard problems in his local gym. People from twelve countries started asking for training plans.
He now sells a four-week finger-strength programme as a one-off purchase and runs video-feedback sessions through paid messages: members send a clip, he replies with a voice note within 48 hours.
Paid messages are now 40% of his income — and his favourite part of the job.
