How Aiko built it
Aiko records a new arrangement every Sunday night from the same room, on the same piano. Members get the take, the lead sheet and her notes on what went wrong.
Once a quarter she books a small venue and sells the recording of the set as a drop to members first.
Her last quarterly drop covered the cost of the new piano action.
